Eggless Date and Walnut Cake

Ingredients:

20 dates
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/4 all purpose flour
1 14 oz (396 gms) can condensed milk
4 oz stick butter
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Soak dates in hot water for approx 30 mins. Then grind coarsely.
Sieve flour with baking powder and soda.
Melt butter in the micro for 15 secs approx and add to flour
Add the dates paste and then the condensed milk
Grease baking tin (approx 9 inches)
Fold walnuts into batter.
Bake at 350 F or 180 C for approx 40 mins.
